Superbe dimanche:
À l'occasion du marché de Noël de la scierie du Lançoir, Francis Cuny et moi avons sculpter la glace malgré des températures tristement chaude. Les oiseaux de Francis avaient franchement une envie folle de s'envoler librement. Quant à moi, je me suis essayer à adapter la sculpture "réflexion" dans cette matière nouvelle à mes yeux.
La glace: un drame fascinant.
L'objet sculptural est incroyablement vivant: les flux d'air creusent, les détails saillants se polissent, les arêtes vives s'arrondissent et deviennent plus ou moins courbe, les différents blocs en contacte se soudent les un aux autres. des ligne blanche brisent la transparence de la matière puis d'étranges motifs apparaissent en surface. Rongée, la silhouette centrale est mutilé et prenant son envole. L'ensemble dérive vers l'ovoïde pour rejoindre, au grès des températures, la rivière la plus proche.
